The Head of Mission at the Royal Thai Embassy in Abuja, His Excellency Thirapath Mongkolnavin, paid a courtesy call on the Acting Head of Mission, Dr. Gladys Mansa Yawa Feddy Akyea, at the Chancery on 17th February 2026.

The meeting underscored the shared commitment of Thailand and Ghana to further strengthen their longstanding diplomatic relations. Discussions centered on expanding areas of cooperation and laying the groundwork for upcoming collaborative initiatives between the two countries.

Both sides reaffirmed their readiness to work closely to advance political and economic ties, expressing confidence that the anticipated engagements would deepen bilateral relations and unlock new economic opportunities between Ghana and Thailand.
