
Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, concluded a three-day working visit to Nigeria, reinforcing Ghana’s commitment to regional cooperation, economic diplomacy, and Pan-African development.
During the visit, Hon. Ablakwa held strategic discussions with Nigeria’s Foreign Minister, Amb. Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, focusing on regional security, trade under AfCFTA, and other key areas of mutual interest. The meeting also covered preparations for the launching event of ECOWAS@50, which Ghana will host in Accra.
Whilst in Nigeria, the Hon. Minister also met with Ghanaian communities in Abuja and Lagos, addressing consular and business concerns.
