Abuja, 19th October, 2025 – The attention of the Ghana High Commission, Abuja, has been drawn to a false online publication claiming that His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II arrived in Nigeria to join a protest.
The Mission wishes to state categorically that the report is untrue. The Asantehene has not travelled to Nigeria and is not involved in any such activity.
The public is advised to disregard this fabricated story and desist from sharing misinformation that may harm the cordial relations between Ghana and Nigeria.
